Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a session with Klaudia Kula Photography. By using this website and booking a session, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of £99 is required to secure your session date.

The deposit will be applied toward your chosen package.

Final payment is due on the day of your viewing appointment once a package is selected, or after photo selection for online gallery mini sessions.

No images, products, or prints will be released until full payment has been made.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. One reschedule is allowed at no additional cost.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or “no-shows” will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

The photographer may reschedule due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Session Conduct

Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to prepare and settle in.

The use of personal cameras, phones, or recording devices during the session is not permitted.

Klaudia Kula Photography reserves the right to end a session early due to uncooperative or unsafe behaviour.
4. Image Delivery & Storage

Edited images are typically delivered within [insert timeframe, e.g., 3 weeks] from the session date or viewing appointment.

Digital files will be available for download and are the client’s responsibility to store safely.

All final images are archived for 12 months. After this period, they may be deleted permanently.
5. Copyright & Usage

Klaudia Kula Photography retains full copyright over all images.

Clients receive a print release for personal use only. Images may not be altered, sold, published, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

Unedited RAW files are not provided under any circumstances.
6. Model Release
By booking a session, you grant permission for your images to be used for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media, printed materials), unless you notify us in writing prior to your session.
7. Products & Damage

Klaudia Kula Photography is not responsible for damage to products after delivery.

Clients are responsible for the proper care of wall art, albums, prints, and other physical products.
8. Liability

Klaudia Kula Photography is not liable for personal injury or property damage during a session.

Clients accept full responsibility for themselves, their children, and their belongings during the session.
9. Changes to Terms
Klaudia Kula Photography reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please review this page regularly for changes.
